DTF UV

Introduction to UV DTF

Transfer printing is a popular method of decorating objects with a design or pattern. It involves transferring the design from a special film or paper to the object using heat, pressure, or a combination of both. There are several types of transfer printing methods, such as sublimation, screen printing, and vinyl transfer.

About UV DTF System

What is UV DTF? UVDTF stands for “UV Curable Varnish Digital Transfer Film”. It is a new transfer printing method that uses UV technology to create film designs that can be transferred onto hard, irregular objects. UV DTF film consists of two parts: Film A, which is the printable film with adhesive, and Film B, which is the carrier film.

How does UV DTF work? To use UV DTF, you will need a V-flatbed printer, A and B films, and a laminator. First, you need to print your design on the A sheet using the V printer. The ink used in UV DTF contains a photosensitive decorating agent that dries quickly when exposed to ultraviolet rays emitted by a cold light LED source lamp. After printing, use the laminator to glue sheet B to sheet A. Next, cut out the design using scissors or a cutting plotter. Remove the protective layer from Sheet A and place it on the object you want to transfer the design to. Press the design onto the object with your fingers and remove the protective layer (Sheet B). The design will be transferred to the object and the result will be a bright, clear and durable design that will not scratch or wear off easily. Advantages of UV DTF UV DTF transfer printing offers several advantages over other transfer printing methods. For example: UV DTF can transfer designs onto hard and irregular objects with ease. This makes it ideal for objects that cannot be printed directly with regular tape or ribbon. UV DTF designs can be transferred onto a variety of surfaces, such as metal, wood, paper, plastic, ceramic, glass, etc. UV DTF designs can be transferred even when the object is underwater. UV DTF is an ecological printing method, as it does not use solvents or emit toxic substances into the air. Conclusion UV DTF transfer printing is a versatile and environmentally friendly method of decorating objects with designs and motifs. It offers many advantages over traditional transfer printing methods and is becoming increasingly popular in various industries. If you are looking for a way to add unique designs to your products, UV DTF transfer printing is a method worth considering. Just follow the steps carefully and you will be able to transfer designs to virtually any object with ease.
