• Design Preparation: The design that will be embroidered on the garment is digitized. The design is converted into a file that the embroidery machine can understand.

• Embroidery Machine Preparation: The design file is loaded into the embroidery machine and the colors and size are adjusted as necessary. The threads are placed on the corresponding spools. • Garment Preparation: The garment is placed in an embroidery hoop or frame to keep it in place during the embroidery process. The hoop is secured so that the fabric is taut and wrinkle-free. • Embroidery: The embroidery machine begins to stitch the design using threads of the appropriate color. The needle penetrates the fabric in specific patterns to create the desired design. The patterns are repeated for each color section. • Thread Cutting and Cleaning: After completing each color section, the threads are cut and ensure that there are no loose ends. The garment is checked to remove any loose threads or excess fabric. • Quality Control: A quality control is performed to ensure that the embroidery is well done, the colors are correct and the design looks sharp and detailed. • Finished: After going through the embroidery process and quality control, the garment is ready for use or distribution. Embroidery is a technique that adds texture and depth to garments and caps, and is ideal for logos and detailed designs that require a sophisticated, high-quality look.
